Europe tour packages Regulations

1. 1. All listed tours are designed by YouTuTrips.  We shall do our best to ensure that all tour arrangements will be as stated.
2. Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in transportation before a tour departure, YouTuTrips reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the tour. Any loss or additional charges incurred shall be borne by the participants.
3. To ensure our tours can be completed as stated, any interference with the tour by any individual(s) shall result in termination of tour and agreement for said individual(s). YouTuTrips shall not be responsible for any act by said individual thereafter. No refund shall be given.
4. For any unforeseen situation including but not limited to: traffic, road conditions, accidents, mechanical problems, authority of law, public enemies, strikes, riots and any other natural circumstances beyond our control, YouTuTrips reserves the right to change the itinerary and/or tour fare without prior notice.
5. All tour participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of  the visiting country, including but not limit to Immigration and Customs laws. YouTuTrips will not be responsible for unlawful actions of any tour participant.
6. By accepting the tickets and any related vouchers or document, the passenger agrees that neither YouTuTrips nor any of our representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your personal belongings, or in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services provided, resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following circumstances:
   – i. theft, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, air or land policies, political unrest, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, war, weather, natural disasters or other factors and causes beyond our control;
   – ii. acts of vandalism, air or land policy, burglaries, accidents, injuries, assaults or any physical harm  to you or your personal belongings;
   – iii. your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to check-in/out times and baggage handling;
   – iv. your failure to obtain required documentation including passport, visa, health certificate, or others where  required;
7.  We reserve the right to change hotel availability, according to operational cost or due to other causes, without prior notice. Please reconfirm your tour fare with our representative at the time of reservation;
8. We reserve the right to cancel all scheduled departures if less than 10 participants are unable to fill one group.
9. YouTuTrips accepts no responsibility for value, quality, reliability or authenticity of any goods purchased  on tour.

1. Deposit of US$300 is required when making a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to departure date. Failure to comply with deposit and final payment will result in cancellation of  your reservation.  No refund will be given.
2. Please reconfirm the name used for reservation matches the name listed on the passport. Once tickets are issued, penalties will apply for alterations.
3. Cancellation policy:

• a.45 days before departure, US$200 for the tour and US$300 for the international air fare will be charged.
• b.14 days before departure,50% of the tour fare will be charged.
• c.Within 14 days of departure ,90% of the tour fare will be charged.

4.Cancellation of air tickets are subject to airlines penalty rules plus handling fees.
5.No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the passenger on his/her own accord.
6. Since air tickets, accommodations, transportation and meals have to be arranged in advance,no changes in such can be made including departure date, name, tour, and itinerary.

1. The passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of the tour.
2. Passengers are responsible for arranging his/her own visa required for travel to their designated country or place.
3. Passengers are responsible to obtain the proper travel document for the trip. All passports must remain valid for at least 6 months prior to the scheduled return date of the trip.
