US East Coast & Canada tour packages Regulations

::: RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITIES
1. All listed tours are designed by YouTuTrips. We shall do our best to ensure that all tour
arrangements will be as stated.
2. Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in transportation before a tour
departure, YouTuTrips reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the tour.  Any loss or additional
charges incurred shall be borne by the participants.
3. To ensure our tours can be completed as stated, any interference with the tour by any individual(s) shall result in termination of tour and agreement for said individual(s). YouTuTrips shall not be
responsible for any act by said individual thereafter. No refund shall be given.
4. For any unforeseen situation including but not limited to: traffic, road conditions, accidents, mechanical
problems, authority of law, public enemies, strikes, riots, and other natural circumstances beyond our control, YouTuTrips reserves the right to change the itinerary and/or tour fare without prior notice.
5. All tour participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country, including but not limited to Immigration and Customs laws. YouTuTrips will not be responsible for unlawful actions of any tour participant.
6. By accepting the tickets and any related vouchers or document, the passenger agrees that neither
YouTuTrips nor any of our representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your personal belongings, in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services
provided, resulting directly or indirectly from any of the follow circumstances:
– i.   theft, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, air or land policies, political unrest, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, war, weather, natural disasters, or other factors and causes beyond our control;
– ii.  acts of vandalism, burglaries, accidents, assaults;
– iii. your failure to follow instructions including but not limited to check-in/out times and baggage
handling;
– iv. your failure to obtain required documentation including passport, visa, health certificate, or others  where required;
7. We reserve the right to change hotel availability, according to operational cost or due to other causes, without prior notice. Please reconfirm your tour fare with our representative at time of reservation;
8. YouTuTrips accepts no responsibility for value, quality, reliability or authenticity of any goods pur chased on tour. 

 

::: RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. For Bus Tours – Bus Tour Cancellation policy – 14 Days before departure, 50% of the tour fee will be
charged; within 72 hours of departure, no refund will be given.
2. For Bus-Air Tours – Air Bus Tour Cancellation policy – 14 Days before departure, 50% of the tour fee
will be charged; within 7days of departure, no refund will be given.
3. For Yellowstone Tours – Air Bus Tour Cancellation policy – 14 Days before departure, 50% of the tour
fee will be charged; within 7 days of departure, no refund will be given.
4. Please triple reconfirm that name used for reservation matches the name listed on passport. Once tickets are issued, penalties will apply for alterations.
5. Since air tickets, accommodations, transportation and meals have to be arranged in advance,
no changes in such can be made once booking is confirmed.
6. Cancellation of air tickets are subject to airline penalty rules plus handling fees.

 

::: TRAVEL INSURANCE
    YouTuTrips strongly recommends that our customers acquire insurance for health, trip cancellation,
and baggage, etc. We act as agents for suppliers of transportation, sightseeing, and hotel
accommodations.  Any insurance claims will be assessed according to terms and conditions set by the
respective suppliers. YouTuTrips shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage of properties,
injury to people, delays, accidents, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control.

 

::: TOUR FARE INCLUDES
Transportation, ticket and admission fees stated in the itinerary.

 

::: TOUR FARE EXCLUDES
1. Any personal based expenses (e.g. phone calls, laundry, postage, travel insurance, etc.)
2. All costs of activities not listed in itinerary, or indicated “optional”.
3. Transportation to airport after tour dismisses.
4. Tips to tour leader, guide and driver.
5. Airport taxes and other related charges.
6. Fuel surcharge / airport tax, etc.
7. Meals and admission fee, except where mentioned.

Please have clothing suitable to cooler temperatures in San Francisco, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Park.
